Objectives: Why is this Seminar Important?
These online micro-learning modules provide a survivor-centered approach to understanding and responding effectively to sexual harassment and violence at work. Developed specifically for federally regulated workplaces, this training will increase employers’ awareness of sexual harassment and violence, who is at greater risk, and its impacts on individuals and workplaces. Participants will gain an understanding of their roles and responsibilities under the Canada Labour Code.

Who is this Training for?
It is suited for those responsible for receiving disclosures and reports and developing policies and procedures to prevent and respond to sexual harassment and violence, for example, supervisors, managers, union representatives, health and safety representatives, and human resources representatives.
Duration
Four micro-learning modules that range in length from 10-30 minutes each.
Will I Get a Certificate?
Upon completion, an option will be provided to receive a certificate.
